We ensure that you clearly understand the interstate vehicle re-registration procedure in Pune before proceeding.
Document Collection
Our dedicated executive visits your location to collect all necessary documents in original, including the Registration Certificate (RC), valid insurance, PUC, chassis number traces, Form 28, Form 29, Form 30, address proof, Aadhaar, PAN, and vehicle invoice copy.
We also assist in preparing and arranging additional requirements like:
NCRB Report
Police NOC from Pune city
Owner’s affidavit at Citizen Services Center
Sales Tax NOC (if vehicle is less than 3 years old)
Green Tax Receipt (if applicable)
This ensures your documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Pune RTO rules.
RTO Process
Once documents are verified, our team submits the NOC from your home RTO along with supporting forms and paperwork at the Pune or PCMC RTO. We work closely with the RTO officials to ensure smooth and error-free submission, saving you time and preventing unnecessary rejections.
👉 Please note: The vehicle owner is required to personally visit the RTO at least twice –
First Visit – To provide signatures on official forms in front of the RTO officer.
Second Visit – For physical vehicle inspection, where the RTO verifies the chassis number and cross-checks documents.
RTO Hub coordinates with officials to ensure the entire process is streamlined and stress-free, reducing waiting time and preventing procedural errors.
Delivery of RC
Once documents are approved, the road tax (9–13% depending on vehicle age, fuel type, and invoice value) must be paid directly to the RTO.
After successful payment, the new Registration Certificate (RC) is generated by Pune RTO and delivered directly to the vehicle owner’s registered address via post.
RTO Hub ensures you receive timely updates until your new RC is safely in your hands, completing the interstate registration process smoothly.
